All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with TruVibe, and we are here on Wickersham near, uh, Pleasant Valley Road in South Austin, and we're just checking out the neighborhood. I walk around, show you guys a little bit of what's going on over here, and, uh, hopefully we'll find, uh, something cool. So we got some basketball courts over here. This looks like, uh, apartment community is. Apartment commute on Riverside, 5 on Riverside. So cool, Truvibe, Vibe on Riverside. Sounds like a good plan, um, good little collaboration here. Um, but yeah, uh, it's pretty chill. Uh, it seems pretty quiet during the day. I got a couple of cars coming in and out as the work day is probably coming to a close. And uh yeah, we're just uh. Chilling, so we're gonna. Tell you guys a little bit more about the area and go through there. This looks like a leasing office, so there's some potential like short term rentals or uh Airbnbs in the area, um, it looks like it would be either of these apartments anywhere. Um, there's a couple of different complexes in the area. I see, I've seen about 4 or 5 on the way in, so it's like little apartment in the condo communities that are in the area right now so. Anyways, um, so this is, if you wanna stay near Wickersham and, uh, Pleasant Valley Road, Souths Austin. OK, so once again, uh, this is Joshua with TruVibe and See those clouds coming in. Still rolling, but the sun has peaked out for a little bit to close out the day. Um, so, yeah, we're really close to Riverside right now. Uh, you can find a couple of bars and, um, restaurants and everything like that. There's gonna be an HEB that's close by, so it's kind of more like, uh, I don't know. Like shopping center, like strip mall vibes around here, you know, there's a place to take your car to get worked on and um more just like neighborhoodly kind of into the, the suburbs, um, lots of fast food in the area, um, and then just like little, you know, uh, mom and pop stores and uh restaurants and things like that. So, uh, franchises and whatnot. So, anyways, um, but yeah, it's It's cool. Like, I mean, it's got some amenities, a basketball court. Go over here and um we're not very far from Lady Bird Lake. So you can uh drive down Pleasant Valley and get off over there. We've got new Wishbone Bridge they just added. Um, it's a good little spot to go check out. So, you can walk across Lady Bird Lake and get to the, uh, Southeast side and go from there. So, anyways, that's gonna do it for this video, we're gonna hop into the next one, um.
