Exploring San Pedro Street: A Quiet, Residential Hub Amidst Construction
All right, what's going on y'all? This is Joshua with TruVibe, uh, for one last check over here in the Guadaloupe area. We are on 28th and San Pedro right now and, uh, just checking out the neighborhood to see we got more apartment complexes up here on the left, a couple of, uh, spots over here. Uh, it hasn't been too much traffic going through, um. You know, considering, but. Uh, it's pretty quiet out here. Uh, we're just gonna walk down a little bit. Uh, so yeah, they got a couple of duplexes over on this side, and they got, uh, This little apartments over here on the right. Towards the south. Let's go this way. Yeah, um, and then just, yeah, more condos, whatnot. It's pretty chill, the squirrel. Let's see here. But yeah, um. If the price is right, I'd definitely stay in this area. Feel like I would, uh Enjoy it over here. It's pretty quiet and then, I mean, I, there's not a lot that I do on uh Guadeloupe myself, but, you know, there's occasionally shows and stuff like that, but it just seems like, you know, it's a good spot if you need to like come visit your, your, you know, kids for the weekend or something like that if they're going to UT or your friends or whatever, um, and just get, you know, short term rental or something like that, maybe you just come in and take a course or something, you know, um. Give a speech, do a TED Talk, you know, that type of deal. Um, it seems like there's some good spots over here for you to stay. Uh, there was, uh, construction going on over here on that one side. It's, uh, it's not loud right now, but, uh, you know, they're very in the early phrases that, uh, they're really in the early stages of building it, so, um. You know, it could get louder as you go on, uh, but yeah, right now they just got the wire frames up, so. Um, we'll see how it goes, but anyways, uh, that's gonna wrap it up for us over here. Uh, if you want to stay near 2713 San Pedro Street in Austin, Texas, this is what it really looks like right now. Um, and if you want your own rental check, go to TruVibe.me to get your custom video proof, and, uh, we'll catch up with you guys in the next video. Peace.
