Um, we're actually right across the way from the cemetery. Uh, and I think that just brings a lot of quiet to the area, you know, um, naturally, just something that happens, so. Um, anyways. Walking around, um. And uh just checking out some of these rental properties, uh, potential rental properties, Airbnbs, whatever, short term rentals. Um, and, uh, yeah, it's a It's pretty quiet, uh, around here right now. Um, we're just, uh, Pretty short street actually, so it's gonna be the last house right here on the right, um. But, uh, You know, it's, uh, I mean, we're a block away from 7th Street and 2 blocks from 6 on the east side, so it's, you know, it's not too much uh. Secluded. But it is, you know, far enough where. You can be away and Do some quiet saves over here. And, Yeah, If the price is right, I would, you know, it's, they're not the best homes. I would say I'll give it like a 6 out of 10 as far as like. Um, You know, overall score. I think like some of these properties could definitely like clean up the yards a little bit more type of deal, but Uh, not really sure what the inside looks like. However, uh, for the location. Uh, You see, we were over here on uh. Onion earlier, I can see onion from here. Holto Vegas and all that. There's Cenote. Uh, which is like a little coffee shop. Actually, I think that's a new location for them because, Uh, it used to be a Cenote on Cesar Chavez, but, I'm not sure if it's still there, uh. Anyways, uh, Granny's Tacos is another spot over here, and yeah, we're not far away from the action. So, uh, that's gonna do it for us on this City Vibe, Truvibe. rental check.
