Quaint Residential Charm: A Look at Austin's Travis Heights for Potential Renters

OK, we're at Woodland and Alta Vista, and uh this is in the Tra Travis Heights area. Doing a quick little sample rental check here. These are very, Popular areas for short term rentals. And we're about that's downtown. That's downtown Austin there. Um, on this side, you would be about 55 minutes away from Congress and 1st Avenue, 1st Street. I'm sorry, um, where all the bars are, and it's a very quiet neighborhood. It's very popular in the neighborhood. It's a great neighborhood actually. Um, and, um, this is, um, as I said, this is Alta Vista. This is Woodland. And Let me just walk up a little bit here, some kind of quirky homes. No parking restrictions here. You could definitely park as many cars as you want. And, um, You have a lot of bungalows here with, uh, sometimes casitas in the back. I know that's at least 2 of these homes that I'm showing here are short term rentals. And actually that one's for sale back there. It's a nice home. It's only very quiet, very safe area. We definitely recommend staying around here, especially if you have a large group of people, Ubers. Drop off here a lot. So again, this is the the Woodland. This is Travis Heights, very near the, um, Stacy Park. Very nice if you have dogs in this, if you want to bring dogs. And uh good for jogging, very nice jogging routes as well. OK.
