Austin's Urban Vibe. Austin’s River Street: A Vibrant Hub of Activity on a Weekend Afternoon

All right, y'all, what's going on? This is Joshua with TruVibe, and we are on the corner of River and Rainey, uh, just doing another neighborhood check and showing you guys the vibes. Uh, it is Saturday. We got a nice little bit of weather going. Yeah Uh, you see, we got a lot of foot traffic going on now, as we talked about earlier in the week. It's just, uh, as people. Yeah, it's in, uh, a part of the city on the weekend, uh, they find lots of things to do, leisure, bars and food and, um, live DJs and bands and whatnot. Um, still kind of early, but Uh, it's a good, a good vibe right now. There's a lot of, a lot of activity out here on the street, um, and deeper you go, there's, there's a little bit more action towards the other side, but it's really cool out here. Um, the weather is nice, so it's a good day to come out and check it out, uh. And uh Yeah, let's see, uh. I want to walk down here. Just walk across over here to show you guys a little food truck area cause we haven't shown you guys that yet. Um, But yeah, lots of patio seating out here in Texas, Austin has a lot of patio seating for a lot of places, so we got plenty of places to pull up and have a nice cocktail or grab your dinner. Um, We got a Jab's over here, a little food truck, uh, area. Jabs is a little smash burger spot, really good. We got Little Lucy's, uh, mini donuts. Cool people over there that work there, and this is Half Step. So yeah, the vibes of the neighborhood. We're gonna go back over here to the river. And talk to you guys about the area a little bit and go from there. Yeah, I see lots of uh. right above, so right on. Pretty good. Like I've, I've been inside. You can't really hear what's going on outside, so you're like. Go. Too loud, but, uh, yeah, you could, so, you know, like a lot of these places have little balconies, you can. So People watch, you know, watch people go by. So, you know You're part of the action you can do that as well. Um, I'm definitely. They're staying down here. There is Um, a lot of interesting things to do. Photography on the side, so it's gonna be. Um, anyways, we're gonna get into the. Well, see what else we can find, uh, see what other, uh, you know. lots of pups over there. not Going for a walk, enjoying themselves, but hanging up. But anyways, um, yeah, yeah, if you're working here. I definitely, you know, I'm trying to get something on the strip here. If, if you wanna be on Rainy, it's, uh, you know, good move.
