All right, what's going on everybody? This is Joshua with TruVibe, and uh we are checking in one more time. Showing you guys a little bit more of the area on South Lamar and uh. Right up there, the light at the end of the road, that's gonna be South Lamar. Um, you know, we're just checking out the neighborhood, showing you guys some more of these, uh, Rental checks See if we can find a short-term rentals and Airbnbs in the area. Um, we're gonna walk over here to Kenny and uh show you guys what that looks like. And uh Yeah, see you've got a good. Quiet little pocket over here. Let's see here. Got a couple of side rows down here. We're gonna go. OK, I see Dexter over here. Um Yeah, so, pretty quiet neighborhood. You see, we've got some uh very nice newer homes, uh, got some older ones, and, uh, this one right here on the corner is looking pretty cool. Um, let's walk over here. So you guys down this way. Yeah, but, uh, it looks pretty cool. We are about, you know, 10 minutes outside of downtown. You can drive, uh, drive down South Lamar, you hit Martin Springs, uh, Zilker Park, a couple of different things in the area, um. So, yeah, good vibes over here, um, it's a cool little. Tiny little neighborhood, I guess, in a way. Uh, Yeah. So it seems kind of isolated, I guess, in a sense, uh. You know, you've got Not too much traffic going through, but you got, you know, you're close to, you know, downtown without being in. Too much, uh. Action So good, good little place to get away. Um, if the price is right, I definitely. You know, I think I would say in this area. I'd give it, you know. Maybe like a 7 out of 10, because I think like location wise, like me personally, I'd probably want to be closer into downtown. Uh, South Lamar traffic can be a little bit dodgy at sometimes, but right now it's smooth sailing, it's, it's right before rush hour, but if you got somewhere to be like, Sophomore, it's, it's a little bit out of the way, but not too bad, um. And they have like festivals and stuff like that, it can be really backed up, but Yeah. Uh See there's plenty of street parking. And uh It seems like there's a lot of drive-through traffic, a lot of people driving through right now. Cool. Got a Ferrari. In the area, sort of chilling. didn't know. Um, but yeah, anyways, uh, that's gonna wrap it up for us. This is what, uh, Rental check near 1508 Dexter Street in Austin, Texas, looks like right now.
