Pease Park Vibes. Pease Park Delights with Scenic Views and Historic Charm Amid Urban Austin

Hey everyone, it's Gary from City vibe here. So Tuesday morning, August 5th, 11:42. Am I'm over at the triangle. Now this is the walking path that wraps around the ornamental lake here. I know you got the fountain running today, which is kind of nice. As well, um, and the vibe here is Amor! I always love seeing these love hearts carved into the. Into the trees here. Um, You know, people love to play the old Austin versus new Austin game and of course the Triangle is very new Austin, but the way I see it, someone somewhere tonight in this city is having their first kiss and uh for them this place. It is as magical as it ever was. And these are I believe these are called crepe myrtle trees. The bark is absolutely stunning. And uh when they flower, they make a nice white. White flower up there as well. You can see a few of them in the canopy and the ornamental lake just sits across from the pocket park itself, a little bit of a sun trap over here close to midday. Uh, and there's also the fenced in dog run as well, which does get a little bit of shade, I'm glad to say. Hey everyone, Gary for City vibe, just over at the Triangle Park here. Of course, the Triangle is a mixed-use development. Uh, it sits between Guadeloupe and Lamar just north of Forty-fifth. I always enjoy the ornamental lake and the walking path around it. And this is the, uh, grass area with the fenced in dog run. Uh, it can be a little bit of a sun trap out here, especially as the midday hour approaches. I know so there's one very athletic pop out here playing, playing ball, which is good to see. Gosh, no stopping that fella. Um, there's also kind of a cool little, uh, sort of stage area set up here. Um, I've occasionally seen movie night where they set up an inflatable screen. And people bring Picnic blankets out here, um. It's a dog friendly park. It probably has more poop stations, uh, per, uh, per acre than any other park I think I've seen. Uh, they're sponsored by, uh Chewy Vet Care. So great branding there. So the park is usually pretty well clean. And uh. Here we go, I'm just gonna dip back into the shade now of this little stage area. And I give you one last 360 on the Triangle Park.
