Austin Downpour. Rain Softens Austin Traffic at Busy Intersection

OK. I am at East 7th Street and Robert Martinez Junior Street. Traffic is pretty light. There's not street parking, but all these businesses have parking. It's March 27th. At 3:49 p.m. March 27th. Again, it's uh. 3:50 p.m. I'm at 7th Street and Robert Martinez. There's parking here at Robert Martinez Street. Also something happening over here with police. No foot traffic. And This is a busy, busy intersection
