Airport Rush. Post-SXSW Rush Clogs Austin Airport

Hey y'all, this is Gary checking in from Austin Bergstrom International Airport. It's, uh, Saint Patrick's Day Monday morning 11 a.m. March 17th. It's the, uh, the day after the end of South by Southwest. The airport's extremely busy. I'm at the Southwest terminal here. Uh, just next to the sky bridge from the parking lot and the rental cars, as you can see, uh, a lot of traffic going on, lots of lines inside. Um, that is your view from Austin Bergstrom Airport outside of the Southwest Terminal on Monday morning, Saint Patrick's Day. Hey y'all, this is Gary checking in from Austin Bergstrom Airport. Monday morning, Saint Patrick's Day, uh 11:03 a.m. It's the day after South by Southwest, uh, and, uh. As you can see It's a mass exodus from the city this morning. Lots of, lots of traffic, lots of folks flying out, long lines at the check-in and the TSA screening desk. It's also the uh spring break week as well, which is probably adding to the traffic here. OK, so yeah, this is the uh southwest terminal uh checkpoint one behind me. Everywhere is extremely busy. I'll make sure I'm not getting in anybody's way. So that is your view from Austin Bergstrom International Airport Monday morning Saint Patrick's Day.
