Scoot Inn Closed. Closed Doors at Scoot Inn: No Activity at Austin Venue

OK, so we're at the entrance of the Scoot Inn at 4th and Navasota. They're closed right now, so there's no line or activity outside. Nothing really happening here. Except us. We can't get the atmosphere inside because they're closed, um, but here's what it looks like outside. Really not busy street at 4th and Navasota. Uh, when there's a show here, sometimes there will be a line going down the block here, but. Not tonight, see it even says nope.
