Pool Construction Update. Construction at Barton Springs Pool: Visitors Face New Entry Logistics with Blue Skies Ahead

OK, it's May 12th and I'm gonna give you a little advanced notice of the Barton Springs pool and what the situation is. So this, what you're looking at is the actual entrance, believe it or not. And uh this is what you're gonna see. This is the entrance on the north side, there's the south side. And this entrance is the way it is. It's gonna be absolutely jam packed on the weekends. Um, because they're doing construction at the bathhouse. And what you should note here is that unless you have a pass, you will be buying your tickets at that little lonely kiosk right here. And that kiosk does take credit cards. Um, but as you will note in my next video, there is. A line of kiosks on the other side of the bath house. Which has many more kiosks, and there is also a booth that is run by the Austin City that accepts cash. But as I mentioned, this is the entrance. The restrooms are next to the hillside, the Zila Hillside, um, theater right over there, as it says there, restrooms are one minute ahead. Like a little one. And uh but that's when you go inside there are there are restaurants as well. As you can tell, there's a lot under construction here for the summer. It's going to be a zoo. You cannot. Park anywhere here. You will be parking up there. Nonetheless, as we will show in next videos, it is beautiful inside, but that's some of the logistics. The line will probably go around the corner here. And next we will show you the area to get the pools.
