Moderate Activity Observed on Ladybird Lake's Trails amid Morning Fog

Hey, good morning, y'all. It's July 2nd, uh, Wednesday morning, 7:53 a.m. and this is Gary. I'm out on the Ladybird Lake hike and bike trail, uh, close to the intersection of San Antonio Street. In fact, this, uh, this is the on ramp up onto the, uh, South First bridge. You can see, uh, the waterline tower just coming into sight. Yeah, moderate activity this morning. It's still early enough for runners and Uh Oh, there's a guy running groceries on an e-bike there. Yeah, kind of muggy, but uh, yeah, certainly still cool enough, as you can see, mixture of club runners, weekend warriors out here, a few power walkers as well. And this is now uh panning to the west. As you can see, uh, Pfluger Ped Bridge is, uh, about a half mile in that direction. Hey y'all, Wednesday morning. July 2nd, this is Gary with City Vibe, giving you your morning movement meter up on the Ladybird Lake Trail. There's the, uh, Google building there at North Shore. So you can see I'm close to the inner section of San Antonio Street. Uh, it's, it's muggy, folks. It's super humid out here this morning. I think that's more the limiting factor than the heat. Um, yeah, run clubs usually wrap up around about 8 a.m. so we're starting to see activity on the trail kind of ramping down now. Uh, we've still got a few stragglers out here, a few lone wolves. Uh, so it's going to be more, uh, walkers, dog walkers, sort of folks out like me. It's out for a recreational stroll on a muggy morning and that's your view there, the waterline tower out to the east.
