Video Transcript
Hey y'all, Wednesday morning 10:06, March 26th. This is Gary checking in from outside of Magnolia Cafe here on South Congress Avenue, right by the intersection of Joanna, uh, across the street from the Lively Middle School and uh, Primadora gift store next door. A healthy brunch crowd in there. They've actually got a short wait for tables, but it's a good little tip here that you can join, uh, virtual waitlist, and you can actually hang out at Primadora, uh, or one of the adjacent businesses while you're waiting for your table. Uh, so obviously busy brunch crowd, although the street is very quiet, uh, you can see taking a look here north down South Congress towards the beautiful Austin skyline. Uh, vehicle traffic, very light, clear really all the way up to Oltorf down there to the south.
Hey y'all, Wednesday morning 10:10 a.m. March 2. And this is Gary checking in from South Congress Avenue. Right outside of Magnolia cafe and taking a stroll now north along South Congress. Heading towards downtown Austin. Just to take a look at how light vehicle traffic is along here, as you can see, uh, all the way down to uh almost uh the intersection section of Riverside, traffic is moving freely and yeah, and to the south, no issues at all, right through to Oltorf. And uh there's a good look at the new Waterline tower up there that's now dominating the skyline, soon to be the tallest building in Texas.
