Empty Food Park. Quiet Afternoon on Rainey Street as Local Food Park Remains Nearly Empty

It's April 2nd, 2025 at 3:40. I'm in the Rainy Street area, Rain and River right outside the Night and Day Food Park, uh, and across from Tex-Mex and Chill. All the food trucks are open, or most of them are open, uh, not going on out here on the Rainy Street at Rainian River over by the Stay Put brewery, just a few people enjoying brews, and, uh, the Taco Way isn't open, just quiet out here. It's April 2nd, 3:43 in the afternoon. I'm in the Rainey Street area at Rainy and River Street, um, right outside Cantina 512, and, um, there's not much happening out here over by Tex A and Chill. There's no pedestrian traffic. There's actually street parking available, not much going on here. April 2nd, 2025. I'm in the Ray Street area, Rainy and River. It's 3:45 in the afternoon on April 2nd, 2025. I'm outside the night and day food park, and the food trucks are open. Just not much happening out here. There's, uh, surprisingly street parking available. There's no congestion and it's not very busy at all. April 2nd, 2025, 3:45 in the afternoon. I'm in the Ray Street area right outside the Night and day food park. It's very quiet out here. The food trucks are open, but not many people out here over at Stay Put Brewery. There's limited, uh, pedestrian traffic, limited car traffic, and it's just not very busy out here today in the rainy street area Rainer River. April 2nd, 2025, 3:47 in the afternoon. I'm in the Rainy Street area, uh, across from Tex-Mex and Chill at Rainy and River Street, and it's very quiet out here. Little Lucy's Donuts is not open, but most of the restaurants are open, half step cocktails, banger sausage house, and there's actually street parking available. The only people really walking around are are blue collar workers, and it's not very busy. Uh, there's no congestion in the street. OK.
