Marriott Madness. Bustling Scene Outside JW Marriott: A Hub of Activity with Pedicabs and Crowds in Austin

May 8, 2025. 6:49. I'm at the JW Marriott. Off of 2nd Street, and it's a crowded, uh, pickup, drop off, a lot of uh 123 pedicabs, very busy over here at the JW Marriott. On a, uh, a, a busy club across the street, busy restaurant right next door. So, uh, if you're looking for a busy Austin hotel, JW Marriott's probably the busiest. Um, in the lobby of the JW Marriott at 6:50 on May 8th. And it's a very, uh, bustling, busy vibe here. Uh, the restaurant, the corner is very popular and even though there's not a convention or anything, it's just very, uh, very popular. Uh, Dean's Italian Steakhouse and the restaurant bar, just a lot, a lot of people here, a lot of busy, busy vibe at the JW Marriott. Uh, so if you're looking for a popular hotel, this is it.
