Austin's Bat Magic. Austin's Hidden Gem: Spectacular Sunsets and Bat Flights Draw Crowds to Congress Avenue Bridge

I'm on the Congress Avenue bridge. Everybody's, uh, taking pictures and waiting for the bats. It's a really nice, uh, scenic picturesque spot. Uh, one of the nicest sunsets, it's been cloudy all week, so a nice sunset while everybody's taking pictures of the sunset. A lot of tours out here. themselves Friday evening 25, 1000 people on it. Yeah, get over it. Mr. Gee reporting for City. Uh June 20th, 2025, Mr. G at the South Congress Bridge. Uh, there's 1000 people out here all waiting for the bats. It's about 8:30. So, Still got a little bit of time, but probably one of the hottest spots on Friday night. Guy's selling ice cream here, he's making a punch. And uh it goes all the way down.
