Trail Conditions. Town Lake Trail: Clear and Open for Morning Joggers Despite Nearby Construction

It's March 30th, 2000. 25 at 10:45 in the morning. I'm at the Town Lake hike and Bike Trail at the Hartman Bridge on the north shore of the trail just before I age 35, and it's pretty, it's dry out here. There are no flooding conditions. There are no areas blocked off either. It's a cloudy morning, but it's dry and, uh, there's no flooding or everything's open for dog walkers and joggers.
