BBQ Pop-up News. Black's Barbecue Kitchen Remodel: BBQ Pop-up Tent for Austin's Barbecue Enthusiasts

Hey y'all, it's, uh, Friday morning, uh, May 2nd, 9:52 a.m. This is Gary. I'm outside of Black's original barbecue on Guadalupe and 31st. The original Black's barbecue, I guess there's a little healthy competition between these guys and Terry Blacks, and, uh, I've got some news for barbecue lovers. So, uh, Black's Barbecue here, Guadalupe and 31st, they're actually remodeling the kitchen this week, so they are offering a limited menu, uh, just dialing back the sides a little bit. Uh, they've got a pop up tent in front as you can see. This will be the place for to go orders and then round the side they're actually gonna be cooking outside, the patio seating's going to be open and as you can see, uh, they've got the, uh, the smoker set up out here in the parking lot. Hey y'all, it's Friday morning, May 2nd, it's 10:02 a.m. This is Gary. I'm over at Black's Barbecue on Guadalupe and 31st. Just got a little bit more information about this remodel. Uh, it shouldn't be too disruptive, it's just some, some work in the kitchen. They're gonna be open at 11 a.m. as usual. Uh, you'll be able to place your order and pick up to go from this little canopy here in the entryway. Uh, they'll be cooking out the usual briskets and all that good stuff right here in the parking lot and uh the patio seating will be open, and they're gonna be back to business as usual on Monday, so not too much disruption at all for barbecue lovers in the North Campus area.
