Calm Streets. Quiet Streets Mark the Scene as Bars Remain Closed

All right, so I came down to the other end of Rainey for this update to kinda see what it's like over here, and it's pretty quiet over here. No parking, that's for sure. Lots of construction vehicles taking up the spots, but um in terms of the traffic, there really isn't much over here. Most of the bars are closed this early, so, um, mostly just people walking their dogs, things like that, but no congestion, moderate vehicle traffic. It's Pretty quiet. And like I said, this is about 11:33 a.m. on Wednesday, March 20th. And there's not really much happening. Pretty quiet in terms of foot traffic, you see a couple of people, but uh mostly construction happening, the bars are closed, um. No congestion. No open parking spots. Everything's pretty much commercial parking only
