Campus Prep. Quiet Summer Saturday: UT Austin Prepares for Student Move-In at Dobie Mall

Everyone, Saturday morning, July 26th, 9:23 a.m. Gary for City vibe, um, uh, out on the 40 acres, this is the Target in the basement of the Dobie Mall, which sits at the intersection of 21st And Guadalupe and what I'm noticing is that the store has been reconfigured in anticipation of move in week next month or “moooov in week” as us longhorns like to call it, um. Yeah, I think August 23rd is the official date, so still 3 or 4 weeks away. Uh, this little strip of 21st it was actually quite pivotal during move in week, as well as being the base of the Dobie Mall. Uh, it's also the pickup and drop off of the inner city buses, the, uh, red buses that come in from Houston and, uh, Dallas and uh. One of my favorite uh landmarks out here, of course, just across this inner section is the Daniel Johnson mural. How, hi, how are you? And here's your view now looking north up the drag.
