Urban Escapes: A Walk Through Public Green Spaces Amidst High-Rises
We're here on Raining and Cummings, and I wanna show you one of my favorite little spots along the trail. We got a nice bathroom. Um, water fountain here. This, uh, garden is made possible by the Town Lake Foundation. And let's see what they did. Let's see what they made possible. Now, the iPhone hasn't advanced enough yet where I can share the smells of this walk, but just look at the flowers and let your imagination take over. This is a pleasant experience all the way around. Visually and olifactory. Spanish bayonets, purple flowers, red flowers, yellow flowers, white flowers, some bees. Cactuses. Nice little dog park for all the residents here. A little empty right now. Yeah. Fork in the road. You got the blue path. The orange path and the red path. Oh, what's this? A little A little. Fallen Log Grove. This is just a nice peaceful stop on the Ladybird Lake Trail, intersecting with Rainey and Cummings, and I highly recommend.
