Exploring the Curb Appeal of 1502 Haskell Street: A Quaint Neighborhood in Austin Unveiled
All right, y'all, this is 1502 Haskell Street. It looks like 1507, but it's 1502. Looks like the letter is a little broken off…But this is the neighborhood. Uh The, it looks pretty cool around here. There's a lot of older homes that are have some overgrown yards in the area, you know, the storm just happened, so there's a lot of trees down still, but other than that, yeah, this is the property pretty big. Looks like a nice, pretty nicely kept home. Probably could mow the grass, but that's about it.
Alright y'all, this is 1502 Haskell Street. Uh, we're just starting across the street, showing the front of the home and you get a 360 degree view of what's around us. Uh, pretty nicely kept over here. The yard looks like it should be a little bit cut, but that's just probably just growth from the rain this weekend. Um, but other than that, I can't see the pool from here, but it's supposed to have a pool. It's a pretty big looking house, so come check it out.
All righty, so this is the parking situation, you know, you got really big driveway, looks like you fit a couple cars in there. You also got some street parking, um, you know, it's the middle of the day. I don't know how many people are away from home right now, but Um, You hear those cicadas going? Uh, but other than that, not too much construction. There's some, there's a little school around the corner and they've got a little bit of construction going, but, um, can't really hear that unless you're close to the street, but other than that, this is the neighborhood.
All right y'all, um, so we're walking towards Rainey, um, actually it would probably take us about 20 minutes to walk there, 20-25 minutes depending on how you, how you can get through traffic and all that. Um, we're still, uh, pretty far down Cesar Chavez on like Comal area, so. Um, it would probably take about 25 minute walk, so, uh, I would recommend maybe catching an Uber or driving to get to Rainey. It’s actually kind of closer to E 6th Street, so it’s a lot *closer to 6th Street/Cesar Chavez, probably about maybe 10 minutes away of a walk.
