Rainey Street Update. Moderate Afternoon Activity on Rainey Street as Construction Progresses

All right, so I'm here in Rainey Street. It is Monday, March 17th, about 3:35 p.m. And you can tell it's a moderately busy. Um, parking is still set to uh tow-away zones here temporarily, so no parking. There's moderate foot traffic as you can see, it's picking up for the afternoon here. All the construction workers are getting off, so it's mostly them walking about, but uh you knowns some Cars driving through and nothing is too crazy. Like I said parking is mostly closed off. Moderate pedestrian foot traffic. A few cars, but Not too busy. Most of the bars are pretty empty at this time, but I assume we'll get busy here in the next couple of hours and Start filling up with the happy hour people.
