Traffic Congestion. Rainey Street Sees High Traffic Amid Construction Activities

April 4th, 2025 at 2:59 in the afternoon. I'm in the rainy street neighborhood and uh it's getting kind of congested out here. It's Friday, so things are happening. A lot of people are starting to show up and park. Uh, I'm out here in front of Sausage Beer Garden and the Half Step cocktail lounge, and, uh, I'm getting pretty busy out here in Rainy Street. April 4th, 2025, 3 p.m. I'm in the Rainy Street area at Rainy and River Street right outside Little Lucy Donuts, Half Step Cocktails and Night and Day food park across the street from Tex-Mex and Chill, and Tex-Mex and Chill is starting to get, uh, very filled. Uh, people are starting to come out, it's starting to get busy. Uh, there's no more street parking, probably till the end of the night here, and, uh, things are just getting started early afternoon.
