Vandalism Detected. Rainy Day Reveals Vehicle Vandalism

OK, I'm at 7th Avenue and Onion, so that's East 7th. It's March 27. There's no foot traffic because of the rain. Regular evening traffic starting now. March 27th, still at 7th and Onion. Total of 1 pedestrian has walked by. There's no street parking on Onion. But the Texas cemetery is across the street and you could park on Coal or Navasota on the sides of it.
