Night Roadwork Alert. Nighttime Roadwork Alert: Navigating Lane Changes on the Highway

All of the lights in downtown Austin off of um Capitol Texas Highway, Research Boulevard, uh, US 183 North, um, all the lights are flashing like this as stop lights and Research Boulevard is completely closed. Uh, there's cops. Um, like here directing traffic, um, not totally sure what is going on, but there are 0 cars on Research Boulevard right now, so everybody is flowing in through the side streets. Coming back north. Of Austin from Deep Eddy Cabaret, all northbound roads seem to be closed and have cops directing traffic. Research Boulevard completely closed, uh, northbound, um, South capital of Texas Highway, I believe, has also been closed. All traffic is going through the side roads. Clogging the roads, and Research Boulevard seems to be having some construction, and there is absolutely zero traffic on that road, so Research Boulevard is completely closed. A major artery from Austin up north. I Shut down Just here, Miles. From where Research Boulevard started, I'm finally being able to merge onto the highway. But several miles of this road were closed down. And several roads in the downtown Austin, Barton Creek area with access. Um, to Research Boulevard were closed, causing complications. With navigating
