Bats at Sunset. Anticipation Builds as Crowds Gather for Bat Emergence at Austin's Congress Avenue Bridge

It's 8:42 on Thursday, May 29th. I'm reporting for City Vibe at the Congress Avenue Bat bridge, uh, where a lot of people have, uh, gathered. The musician Looks like the bats haven't came out just yet, but it's 8:42. they're. And it's like little light up there. Thursday, May 29, 2025, it's 8:49 in the evening out at the Congress Avenue Bridge. Mr. G reporting for City Vibe. The bats are starting to come out on both sides. We have a boat, uh, coming in, uh, showing people getting a close up look. It's hard to see here just after sunset, but you can see them just on the edge of the Congress Avenue bridge there just floating out and there's hundreds of people out here you can see a lot of them over there. Hundreds of people out here are checking out and beautiful moon, beautiful crescent moon right there, beautiful scene out here at the Congress Avenue Bridge. Mr. G reporting for City Vibe.
