BBQ Queue Drama. Franklin Barbecue's Allure: Wait Times Witness Unrelenting Lineups

I'm at La Barbecue off of Cesar Chavez Friday, April 11th, 11:10, and right now the line goes halfway down the street. I'd estimate about uh about 100, 200 people, uh, not really as long as other lines. Uh April 11, 2025, 11/11. I just spoke to a staff member here at the barbecue, uh, and it's at least an hour, two hour wait at least just to order and, uh, same for a table. If you order, you can get a table.
