Quiet South Congress. Quiet Day at South Congress Amid Austin Events

I'm in the South Congress Soo neighborhood at South Congress in the Circle. South Congress and James at Joe's, and it's pretty quiet out here compared to how it has previously been during South by Southwest. Uh, there's lots of street parking and bike parking, and it's a total difference from how it was. There's still people out here, of course, uh, but it's just not as busy and there's not as much pedestrian traffic either. I'm in the Soco neighborhood at South Congress and the Circle. It is March 19, 2025 at 2:30 in the afternoon, and there's a lot more bicycle and street parking. There's not as much traffic congestion. There is still pedestrian traffic, but it's not as bad as it was during South by Southwest. It's March 19, 2025. I'm in the Soo South Congress neighborhood. It's about 2:30 in the afternoon and there is not much pedestrian traffic and there's actually 3 parking spots right here in front of Amy's Ice Cream. It's not as congested as it normally is and. It's not as busy. There's uh not as much traffic.
