Austin Traffic Update. Rush Hour Traffic Holds Steady at Austin Intersection

I'm at 15th and West Avenue. It's rush hour. Traffic is pretty busy. It's 5:45 on March 26th. I'm about, I don't know, 6 blocks from UT campus here. March 26th at 15th and West. West Avenue has this construction, so it's cut into some of the street parking. And 15th has regular rush hour traffic. Standing in front of the Caswell House.
