Quiet Street Scene. Downtown Austin Street Stays Calm Amidst Rainy Weather

It's Monday, March 24, 2025 at 2:53 in the afternoon. I'm in the Ray Street area at Rainey and River Street at the Night and Day Food Park. And most of the food trucks are open, but there's not very many people. It's very quiet. There is available street parking across from Tex-Mex and Chill, and there are just not many people out here. There's no pedestrian traffic and not many car traffic out here at the Stayhood brewery and Bevy's on Rainy Street. Monday, March 24, 2025, I'm in front of Half Step cocktails and Little Lucy Donuts in the rainy street area across from Tex-Mex and Chill and uh Banggers Sausage bar, and there's lots of street parking available. There's very limited pedestrian traffic, just a few people, and there's no congestion either. It's very calm out here on Rainy Street on this Monday afternoon. Uh, street parking, uh, no congestion and no traffic. Very nice.
