Parking Restrictions. Permit-Only Parking in Front of Electric Shuffle Amidst South by Southwest

All right, so I'm outside of electric shuffle, and there is space here, but this parking all outside of electric shuffle right here on Rainey is permit parking only, based on this sign over here, temporarily because of South by southwest. It's only for You know, if you have a permit currently, so there is parking, but uh Not anyone can just park here. Today is Sunday, March 9th.
