South Congress Buzz. South Congress Avenue Bustles with Live Music, Busy Eateries, and Vibrant Foot Traffic Amidst Festivities

May 10, 2025, Soto Neighborhood, South Congress and James at the famous I love you so much mural. And, uh, it's first Saturday here in South Congress, so it's very busy. Joe's Coffee has a line of about 10 people. The patio's filled. I haven't seen any street musicians, but the sidewalks are jammed. Mr. G here reporting for City vibe. Excuse me, ladies, excuse me. Where my bike lane. Really And, uh, lots of uh happening. It's very busy and popping here in the Soo South Congress neighborhood outside the uh very busy restaurants. Pearls, blas. Uh, where there's always people. And And we have street vendors here selling all kinds of different products here on Saturday on this South Congress neighborhood of Austin, Texas. you always. I'm at South Congress in Elizabeth outside Guerro's Taco Bar, uh, where there's really high pedestrian traffic. They're having, uh, first Thursday, first Saturday today outside home sliced pizza and it's just packed with people. The sidewalk is packed with people, uh, lots of congestion, lots of people having a good time here. I pedestrian traffic outside slice pizza, lots of people everywhere, very busy, very popping.
