Hey y'all, it's Tuesday morning, May 6th uh 10:38. This is Gary over at the University of Texas where commencement week has definitely started off with a bit of a splash! We’ve had some big rain come through the last couple of days. Real Texas gully washers. And uh that's a beautiful view of the UT main clock tower there, kind of cloaked in mist. And then panning south across the main mall, uh, you can see, uh, some of the infrastructure already going up for commencement. Commencement is this weekend, uh, Saturday, May 10th. It's gonna be over in the football stadium in the Darryl K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium. And uh we'll be saying farewell to the class of 2025.

This is some of the lighting equipment that's gonna be used, uh, during commencement celebrations which take place this week, uh, this weekend, uh, Saturday, May 10th, uh, couple of, couple of wet days behind us, so pretty deserted out here right now, um, but the weather is scheduled to, to dry out. And uh should be a beautiful Texas spring weekend ahead of us as we bid farewell to the class of 2025.

May 10th, Saturday is commencement. Uh, we've had a couple of wet days behind us. This is some of the equipment that's going to be used during celebrations. You can see it's all waterproofed right now following a couple of really wet days behind us. Quite deserted out here, almost an eerie feeling, and there's the UT clock tower kind of draped in mist.
