Plaza Party Highlights. Campus Comes Alive with 'Party on the Plaza' Event: Students and Vendors Gather for Annual Festivities

Hey y'all, happy Wednesday, Gary from City Vibe here, out on the 40 acres and this hot mess is Party on the Plaza! It is, uh, Wednesday, September 3rd at 11 a.m. And the event runs from 11:00 a.m. to 4pm, right at the inner section here of uh Speedway Mall and 21st, it's a mixture of student organizations and resources. Also, uh, several commercial entities represented here as well. Looks like this little line infront of Walmart. I noticed that everybody's favorite grocery store, HEB, is represented here in their red shirts. Uh, signage is pretty good. You can see these burnt orange banners with “ideology,” “arts,” “student organizations,” uh, and this is your view now, uh, looking down the Speedway Mall in the direction of the Blanton Museum.
