Capitol Calm. Quiet Day at Texas State Capitol: Few Visitors and Minimal Activity on Grounds

May 14, 2025, almost noon, Mr. G reporting for City Vibe. Um, right now I'm at the Texas State Capitol. You can see it here. Um, It's a very quiet day today. So I cruised in front of the uh Texas Capitol Building, get you a closer look right here. I don't believe there are any uh scheduled protests today, but you never can tell. Not many visitors taking pictures either. Uh, the Capitol is open for visitor, uh, for visitors, um, I believe, uh, Monday through Friday. There are people on field trips. In front of the uh Confederate statue, Mr. G reporting for City Vibe, uh, pretty quiet here at uh one of the largest Capitol buildings in the United States. I saw some field trips, but there's no protest or anything happening. Today Uh just a nice A day at the Texas Capitol Building, uh, family's out here. You have men in suits going in and out.
