Austin Quiet. Quiet Afternoon: Minimal Traffic Observed at Austin Construction Zone

Monday, April 7th, 6:28 in the afternoon. I'm in the Ray Street area at the Rainy and Cesar Chavez side in front of Augustine and Idle Hands and Clive, and it's actually uh medium and busy. There's a live band going on at the parlor room and not much street traffic, no congestion right now, and just normal afternoon on rainy Street. April 7th, 2025. I'm Ray Street area and rainy and river, uh, right outside of Little Lucy's Mini Donuts, which is open right now and half step cocktails and there's a, a pretty busy, uh, convention or something going on here, lots of pedestrian traffic, uh, right outside the night and day food park and uh. Over here, the food trucks are open pretty busy, getting busy on Ray Street.
