Clear Trails. Sunny Skies Welcome Joggers at Town Lake's Dry Trails

April 4. I'm at the Lake and bike trail on the north shore of the trail just past 35 Bridge at Ray and Cummings, and it's a very nice dry day. There are no puddles despite the rain. There are no areas closed off to joggers. There's no flooding. Nice sunny day
