South Congress Calm. Quiet Day on South Congress Avenue Following SXSW's Bustle

Today is Tuesday, March 18th at 5:09 in the afternoon. I'm at South Congress in the Soo area at South Congress in James by Joe's Coffee Shop, and there's not as much pedestrian traffic as there has been previously because of South by Southwest. It's not as busy. There's a little bit more street parking as you can see. What's up? Oh, that's a rhetorical, dude. I'm in the soco neighborhood at the Austin Motel right back uh by Congress and James and Congress and Nelly Street, and there's not very much pedestrian traffic like there has been. Uh, it's not as busy as it has been in on South Congress, uh, so there's actually more street parking. And there has been the past couple of weeks and there are people out here, of course, but it's just not as busy as it usually is or has been the past couple of weeks.
