Hey, good morning y'all. It's Friday morning, 7:55 a.m. and this is Gary just outside of uh Fleet Feet. Looks like we've got a little pop up here with uh Karo running. A lot of the run clubs here finish up, uh, in this uh Seahome district, plenty of coffee shops, plenty of hydration stations. Of course it's right next to uh Trader Joe's as well. Yeah, it looks like these folks are off to an active start. Let's, uh, let's just head across over to the little pocket park outside of. Outside of Trader Joe's right in the shadow here folks of the uh independent building that iconic sort of Jenga tower silhouette. Yes, and the coffee shops here are. A buzzing - folks just come back from their morning runs. And yep, this is your view now looking at the old 3 chimneys of the Seaholm power plant there in the distance. Happy Friday y'all. Looks like there's a cold plunge over at Generator Athlete Lab, and if you're interested, Generator Athlete lab as the signpost here tells us, uh, they're located inside of the Seaholm power plant. You can just see the chimneys there, just on the other side of this little pocket park that sits outside of Trader Joe's right in the shadow of the. Iconic independent building, the Jenga building.
