Hotel Water Leak. Water Leak at Downtown Austin Hotel Soaks Streets and Disrupts Valet Services

Hey, good morning, everyone. This is Gary for City Vibe. I'm out on 2nd Street, right outside of the proper hotel, and no, uh, it is not raining. There is actually a mechanical issue right up on the 34th floor or thereabouts of the Proper, and there is water pouring. Out of a window. Down the exterior of the building, right uh outside of the main entrance, sadly for the, the car valets out here, they're all getting a soaking looks like they're covering up the uh the valet station there. As you can see people are stopping and taking photographs. And videos. I notice I've been escorting guests out with umbrellas. So it remains to be seen yet what the actual route causes, but uh for the moment it's causing a little bit of disruption uh right outside the uh valet parking. Of the proper downtown Austin on 2nd Street.
