Lake Trail Adventures. Windy Day at Ladybird Lake: Ideal for Kayaking and Trail Adventures

April 16, 2025, 3:03 in the afternoon. I'm at the Ladybird Lake Hike and Bike Trail on the north shore of the trail right before the I-35 bridge, and it is not too busy out here today. It's a little busy in the busy areas it's completely dry. It's a very windy day. Uh, so if you're coming out here, prepared for wind, riding your bike, you might get a little dust up in you and, uh, just a nice day here at the little lake. April 16, 2025, 3:05 in the afternoon. I'm at Ladybird Lake Hike and Bike Trail, the town Lake hike and bike trail. It's not too busy. We got a couple of people on the canoes over here. Uh, it's dry out today. There's no wet area. There's no area closed off to, uh, flooding. Uh, however, it is very, uh, windy today. There are gusts of wind out here.
