Rainey Street Quiet. Quiet Morning on Austin's Rainey Street Amidst Ongoing Construction

Alright we are here on Rainey Street. It is Monday, March 24th, uh, just after 11 a.m. And it's moderately busy out. There's usual construction going on. With uh no parking, obviously because of the temporary closures. A few people are walking around, you know, with dogs and also Construction workers. Street level traffic is fine, no congestion. There's not really that many cars right now, to be honest, so. Fully open. Like I said, no congestion. There's only a few cars on the road as well as few people walking around as well. It's not very busy. I think a lot of the bars are still closed at this time at about 11 a.m. so pretty quiet day here and like I said, no parking because of the construction and the temporary signs only for emergency vehicles only. Um, you know, no backed up lanes or anything like that, so. Everything's pretty open and uh nice and quiet.
