Hey y'all, Friday morning, April 4th, it's 11:17 a.m. This is Gary checking in from the intersection of South Congress and Oltorf. I'm outside of Freddo ATX which boasts SoCo’s best happy hour. Hey y'all, Friday morning, checking in from the intersection of Oltorf and South Congress. Coming from the south, this perpetually busy urban intersection is essentially the gateway to Soco. Just passing by Freddo's now, which is built in this beautiful old, uh, Walter Tips house built in the 1870s. And relocated to this site about 100 years later. Uh, traffic moving reasonably freely through this intersection at the moment. Uh, this will change later on as we get into Friday rush hour, and that's your view looking across the intersection of Congress and Oltorf.
