Scooter Surge. Scooter Surge Across 5th Street: Over a Dozen Spotted Near Starbucks

Hey y'all, this is Gary. I'm at the Starbucks on 5th and Netches. And uh today is March 12th, Wednesday, and it's 4:23, and I'm reporting on the scooter situation out here. Now on this side of Fifth Street, the south side of 5th Street, there are no scooters here. However, on the other side, on the north side of 5th Street. Um, I counted approximately 15 scooters. Uh, some are the bird, the blue ones, most of them are I'm the green ones. OK, so no scooters directly outside of Starbucks. However, um, a dozen or more just on the opposite side of 5th Street at 5th and Neches
