Uh, 1913 Canterbury, uh, you do have, uh, a lot of, uh, the trash cans are out in the street and the, the house right next door is pretty nice, 1911 with the Tesla, but there are some, uh, kind of junk houses with the broken thing. Uh, it's not the nicest part, nicest, uh, block, so to speak. One definite red flag at the Airbnb in 1913. Canterbury Street. Canterbury Street is a great street, but this particular one has this real, uh, rundown house with a broken thing. And you can just tell there's some sort of, uh, you know, uh, maybe not the best block at night. Of course the moon tower there is one of the historical sites in Austin. Oh, OK, uh, this property is actually right across the street from a moon tower which is one of the most historical, uh, parts of old Austin, uh, the moon towers, and those are kind of rare. They're, they're located out throughout the city, so you do have, uh, some really good, uh, perks of 1913 K.
