Trail Access Open. Town Lake Trail Open for Business: Joggers Enjoy Clear Paths

All right, so I'm here on the hike and bike trail at the end of Rainey Street, as you can see. Both of these directions here have everything open and has great conditions. As you can see, there's people out jogging, haven't seen any dogs here this morning, but definitely no issue for that either. No flooding, although it is pretty um overcast today, so we might get some rain later. This is about 9:50 a.m. on Wednesday, March, no sorry, April 2nd. Beautiful day for now until it starts raining later likely.
