Quiet Street. Quiet Afternoon on East 7th: Light Traffic Prevails

Hello there. It is the 23rd. of March, 2:00 p.m. I'm at 7th Street, East 7th Street and Navasota. Traffic conditions are light. There's really no foot traffic. A few cars, a few bikes. No parking on 7th ever, but on the side streets, there's a lot. As you can see, I'm right across from the cemetery at 7th and Navasota. Very little traffic. Nobody on the sidewalk. You can see just north of 7th on Navasota, you can park next to the cemetery. It's the Texas State Cemetery.
