SXSW Traffic. Heavy Traffic Persists on E 7th Street Amid SXSW Festival

Well, I am on East 7th Street. It is 1:04 p.m. On March 15th. Traffic is heavy for Saturday. South by Southwest. Over here you're blocked off. You're not allowed to park on this street. That's why I have my flashers on. I don't see any foot traffic. Cheers Uh, so there is no parking here. Here's some more foot traffic. A lot of traffic for this time of day. It is busy, but not Chaotic.
