Um, this is organized by, uh, USPS Postal Service workers, uh, in opposition to dismantling of the postal service. And uh let's just take in the sights and sounds of the protest. I see union. I see sacrifice and public service because that's what our letter carriers are all about, all right? Most of these folks out here are are letter carriers for the postal service. Uh let me just pan south for you, so a good number. Real cross section of folks out here, young and old OK folks, so that's your view on Tuesday morning from the Texas State Capitol and the “fight like hell” protest by the USPS.

Most of these good folks out here are actually letter carriers, so kudos to them. And let's take a look. Oh, it's a beautiful photograph of a lady in her, in her USPS uniform. That's beautiful. Thank you. Right, wow. So the folks are telling me that this beautiful la uh beautiful postal, uh, letter carrier passed away because of heat. Oh boy, that's, that's such a shame. Wow. You're welcome. Thank you guys. And uh so let's just see the context of this. Um Within the context, you know, of the Great Walk and as often is the case here in Austin that you have very emotive issues like this one integrated with just a regular tourist day out here as you can see just looking down South Congress Avenue now and um. Of Course it's also week 2 of the special session, so a lot going on here.
